View details » Embed an IRC client widget into your website for an instant, free live chat. It's highly unlikely that her home would be deemed "unsuitable" unless it was a "crack den" or the like. mmmmmm If she disregards rules that are there for a childs safety how is she even involved in the pre school?

Perhaps she is only looking after children aged 8 and above? She knows how Ofsted work She is the chairperson of the local pre school and she is open about it? If you don't report her and something happens to a child how will you feel??

it depends on if she is asying she is a registered child minder or not. she may be just a childminder/babysitter/carer which you don't need to be registered.

however if this is the case she would not be CRB checked and she should make this clear when looking after other people children. most of the parents must know as they would not be able at claim through wftc if she is i thnk she should be reported to ofsted to do a check on her, it can't harm her if she is legal and u are only doing it in the interest of the children! When putting your children in the care of a chilminder as a parent you have a responsibility to make sure everything is OK and above board.

I am a newly registered childminder and I know how much you have to go through to keep everything up to standards, it has taken me 7 months to get here, I would report her she obviously doesnt care about the welfare of the children and I have to say neither do the childrens parents if they havnt even bothered to check out her background!!!!

Why should the rest of us go through so much to get here and others get away tax free (parden the pun)!!!!

It also beggars belief that people will use unregistered care as well.
